Breaking news about my wardrobe everyone! I, Megan Silianoff, would like to announce that I bought a slip.
Never in my 30 years have I owned a slip. Or wore one. Or even thought about wearing one. I'm completely new to the world of slips. (Slip 'n slides however? I'm an experienced veteran. A professional actually.)
This all changed, however, this weekend when I saw this skirt. It was "love" at 1st sight. (2nd sight actually. Or however many "sights" it took me to realize it was on Clearance.)
The caveat with this skirt, was of course that I'd have to buy a slip. Believe me, I tried to get crafty with it, going commando and a bunch of other make-shift stuff, none of which worked. I needed a damn slip.
Like always, Target was there for me when I needed it most. $13 later I had myself a little slip. And I must say, after wearing this skirt all day, it was the best investment I've ever made. With the obvious exception of a slip 'n slide. Slip 'n slides rule.

ReplyDeleteHahaha! I own one slip. I've worn it once. I've never worn anything over it. Yes, I bought a slip to act as my "Cleopatra" dress for Halloween one year. Don't judge. It was the cheapest option. And it's not a slutty one. It is a very classy slip, thankyouverymuch.
