MY HAIR BEAUTY SECRET

I'm not gonna do a whole big build up scenario. I'll just come out with it....

It's CHLORINE!

Historically bad for your hair, I've been loving what chlorine is doing for my post-ombre locks. When I get out of the pool, I find that my hair has curl and texture as though I used sea salt spray straight from The Red Sea on the day that Jesus parted it.

I don't know what the scientific explanation is behind this secret. Probably something periodic table related. Or perhaps its something that can be explained via a bunson burner or that eye wash station that we had in my high school chemistry lab. (I can't believe I never got to see anyone use that. Seems like a missed opportunity.)

 

Anyway - I'm sure the chlorine is slowly killing my hair one cannonball at a time but everything great in life comes with a price tag, does it not? Take kids, for example. Macy is great but her friend, Dora the Explorer, not so much. Dora - I will hunt you in your sleep and suffocate you with your "backpack backpack", k sweetie?

Chlorine. That's my beauty secret. Use it if you wish.
