BEHIND THE SCENES with BHLDN

Yesterday Danny and I had the pleasure of participating in a style shoot for BHLDN in honor of our imminent 5 year wedding anniversary. The shoot was shot by Paige Budde of Awake Photography in the courtyard of Brennan's Houston, which was the perfect location for the "garden party" vibe that we trying to contrive .

 

Here are a few "'behind the scene" pics from the day. I don't want to give too much away away as I'll leave that to Paige (though she posted a few sneak peeks here last night.)

 

My hair & make-up were done at Houston's coolest salon, Do or Dye TX;

(Thee Brandi Lisenbe did my hair and Ginny Lee did my makeup!)

And there she is - the star of the day! The girl who behind the camera, who hates having her picture taken, yet is ironically so good at taking others. It was fun seeing her in her element yesterday though not as fun as seeing her down a jalapeño margarita later that evening.

 

I expect we'll be ready to share the shoot in a few days here - including all the brands, artists, and creatives that were involved. Try to contain yourself until then.
