Six days people! Six mere days to get the dad and baby daddy in your life a present to show them how much you care. (Even less for people mailing gifts like me!)
In hopes of publishing a scientifically sound gift guide, I had my five best guy friends from college, conveniently all Dads themselves, email me the stuff they really want for Fathers Day.
Maybe its just because these particular friends (all besties themselves) are the most sensitive group of guys ever, but the majority of them responded to my email saying what they really want come Sunday is the gift of "time". Whether that looks like a date night with their wife or the green light to go play golf with each other, that is what they truly are hoping for. (And for me to stop pestering them with emails and texts about "being on the blog" of course.)
*Special thanks to these guys for what is surely their first blog contribution and their friendship in general. I was overwhelmed with memories and inside jokes putting this post together. The only people luckier than me to have you as friends, are your kids to have you as Dads. Happy Fathers Day gentleman. Now remove from the email chain that you guys hijacked by talking about each others "balls dropping."
