It's been a while since I did a What Macy Wore post - with the obvious exception of her diaper cream outfit which, per my PTSD, still feels like yesterday. This Friday, however, Mace took a page from her Aunt Julianna's signature style and wore a skirt as a shirt!

I'm actually not a fan of trapeze skirts for kids or adults alike but, as a top, it's bright and whimsical and cute!

We've been playing a lot of catch lately upon buying this. It's perfect when she's learning as the velcro is forgiving. It's her 2nd favorite toy next to the Melissa and Doug Horse stable. If you, like me, have kids that are capable of doing things that make you cry, this horse stable will be the best $30 you ever spent. (And you can have it in 48 hours with Amazon Prime!) It's the only toy that has stood the test of time.

Her skirt shirt also seemed to hold up pretty well at the place of its origin - TargéMy angel was upset that I wouldn't let her snack on a family size bag of marshmallows while we shopped. (Which is actually something I'd do if I was alone - but "do as I say, not as I do" am i right? )

*My debut Greetings from Texas newsletter is in the works. Sign up to receive it and the top of my sidebar. The letter will be full of my deepest darkest secrets and credit card information so its not to miss!

*Have a great day friends! Everyone say a prayer that I can make my lazy ass work out today. I've been pretending Tiny's No #5 is my office lately and just having all my meetings and happy hours (hi Julie and Lindsey!) there but my daily cookie habit is naughty. Very, very naughty.

  1. Cant deal with the cuteness of this child!!!! Love the skirt shirt. xo

  2. adorbs! Love the print on the skirt... I wonder if a semi-grown adult could pull this off!

  3. I have done this. I do this.

I'm suddenly questioning all my life choices. #idresslikeatoddler
