The Dominican Republic

I'm bacckkk. The Dominican Republic was a trip - both literally and in the slang sense of the word. I've returned refreshed, rejuvenated, and full of Dominican trivia. For example, did you know that Oscar de la Renta is Dominican? Who knew.

 

Highlights of our vacation included the weather, the company, (my dad, brother, and their significant others) and the Friends marathon playing in the room New Years Day.  

 

Non-highlights included the food (it was gross) and all the crying that occurred when it became time to leave my family at the airport. I love them so much and living away from them is only getting harder.
