Drop it Like it's Hot

I love the drop waist of this dress which is not surprising given I'm a huge proponent of dropping it like its hot. 
 I actually just googled "drop it like it hot" to confirm it meant what I thought it did...and it does. I  should have just trusted my instinct given I do this "metaphorical description of a dance move commonly performed by women" on the regular.

    That dress looks so good on you! So very chic. I used to think I couldn't wear that dress shape until I tried one on and it totally worked (it was KS though, so...unaffordable for me). I love this cheaper alternative!

    This dress looks perfect on you! I too, am a shorty (a mere 5' 3" to be exact) and these drop-waist dresses look ridiculous and unflattering on me. However, you totally rock it! Also, I just stumbled upon your blog since I'm trying to find more Houston bloggers to connect with. You are hilarious. Seriously. I'll definitely be following!
