Macy's 1st Haircut

I've been trying to solidify the game plan for Macy's hair as she's been looking sheep dog-esque for weeks now. Though baby ombre was on the table, I decided to go with just a classic bang trim. 

 

 However Macy's stylist, Ritchie, talked me out of it. He said cutting her bangs would just perpetuate the problem. He insisted that her bangs needed to keep growing and that, instead, we should cut the back slightly to balance out her look.

 

I was skeptical and nervous. The last thing I wanted to do was cut off her baby curls but Richie is the man!!! (Brio salon in Milwaukee folks!) Just a little bit off the back and Mace immediately had a little bob going.

 

Here we on the floor where the haircut originated.  Halfway thru we moved to a chair, breaked to eat some Sun Chips off the ground, and then back to the chair.

 

There's Ritchie! He said that I shouldn't cut Macy's hair for a year because it's now set to grow out properly. (Ignore Macy's traumatized pose. I'm just holding her string cheese which was very upsetting to her at the time.)

The finished look. I've been calling it "the Latina Suri Cruise".
