Friends! I'm here today to introduce you to "Keith Jackson", a shot that will rock your world - or in my case, your blog, as it's the very reason I've been gone a few days. (Sorry not sorry.)
I like this song as a soundtrack for today's post.
My friend Kyle, educated in the cosmopolitan state of Indiana, whipped up this little gem Thursday night and it provided the party my Dad was hosting with huge 2nd wind. Kyle calls it the "Keith Jackson country shot" and mixes it with flare and enthusiasm that only an Indiana educational system could provide.
While I'll share the recipe with you below, please be warned that this shot (or juice!) though tasting spectacular can lead to the following;
-drunk driving a golf cart
- choosing your not-dry swim suit as "pajamas" for the evening
- an, admittedly temporary, disdain for your offspring with a side of passion for boarding school
*Now that you've been properly warned, here's the recipe;
KEITH JACKSON SHOT
-1 part amaretto
-1 part Southern Comfort (or more depending on your desired level of intoxication)
-1 part peach schnapps
-1 part sweet + sour
-1 part sprite (Sprite zero, preferably! #weightgain)

Though it would be great if a shot of Keith Jackson will lead to a good time, but one must not drive drunk, not even a golf cart. If facing a DUI one need to ask their lawyer about a few terms like "Hinz chart" and "Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus".
